Returns and Exchanges
The customer has thirty (30) days from the date of the purchase to send Products back for refund.
In all cases, please send an email to Sales@PinkBuys.com with the following information: your name, order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for returning them.
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed your return. Credits are not processed until the merchandise has been returned. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card. In the event you paid by check we will issue you a company check for your refund.
Items returned to us will need to be shipped to this address below with copy of their invoice included with the returned item.
